We will replace existing rollers with 10 ball bearing nylon rollers, tighten or replace loose nuts and bolts as needed, check the balance and level of door, adjust springs, adjust track, set opener limits and up/down force, adjust chain or belt as needed, and perform safety test. We will inspect and advise on bearings, cables, door panels, hardware, spring pad, weather seals, opener belts/cables/gears, infra-red units, keypads, transmitters, wiring and connections.
